Where do you buy your raw materials ?

We source our materials from local suppliers if possible. If we cannot source locally, we reach out to Canadian company’s to gather materials necessary for all products.

Do you use real or synthetic materials?

As we use top grain or full grain leather for all leather craft, the leather aspects are real. As for yarn, we use synthetic materials or try to repurpose, reuse, or recycle when we can.

Can you create custom designs?

Yes! We can create custom items that you require for both Modern or Renaissance needs. depending on time of year and materials we may be limited on colors or time. As such, if your item can be made with materials on hand, expect a three week waiting period minimum. If we need to order specific materials for the project it may take longer.

What’s your return or warranty policy?

Depending on the condition of the item, we can refund 100% of the item. However, any item purchased that needs repair may be subject to a repair fee deducted from the item. As we are a small vender we may likely resell your returned item. If the item is ruined or beyond repair, no refund will be processed.
