Where do you buy your raw materials ?

We source our materials from local suppliers if possible. If we cannot source locally, we reach out to Canadian company’s to gather materials necessary for all products.

Do you use real or synthetic materials?

As we use top grain or full grain leather for all leather craft, the leather aspects are real. As for yarn, we use synthetic and natural fibers or try to repurpose, reuse, or recycle when we can.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! We can customize your order with colour, engraving, and any decorations you may want to add. If your item can be made with materials on hand, expect a 2 week waiting period minimum. If we need to order specific materials for the project it may take longer.

What’s your return or warranty policy?

Depending on the condition of the item, we can refund 100% of the item. However, any item purchased that needs repair may be subject to a repair fee deducted from the item. As we are a small vender we may likely resell your returned item. If the item is ruined or beyond repair, no refund will be processed.

What is the timeline I can expect on an order?

If an item needs to be customized, such as a hat or anything with a custom colour or engraving, you can expect a minimum of 2 weeks for the order to be made. You notified of any delays by a member of our team. If an item is already made and in stock in the shop we will ship within 3-5 business days or notify you immediately to arrange for a pick up.

Will the leather change over time?

Yes. Natural leather develops a patina, meaning it becomes softer and darker with use.

Where are your products made and available?

All products are handcrafted in southern Ontario in small batches. We sell mainly at fairs and local markets. Our schedule is posted on our events page.

Where do you get your designs?

We source our patterns from several amazing pattern makers online. Please see the description of each item for pattern sources.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are only shipping within Canada.
